About the Off Campus Housing Fair
Sponsored by WWU’s Office of Off Campus Living, this fair is open to students who want to learn more about local housing prices, locations and types, renters insurance and other organizations that provide resources for renters.
As a participating vendor, you will:
- Meet hundreds of students looking for housing
- Increase awareness of your organization at Western through event participation and promotion
- Expand your network by connecting with students, staff, faculty and representatives from other companies
Registration and Amenities (Registration closes on February 27!)
Your registration includes:
- 3 x 6 table at the event with 2 chairs
- Hospitality service (coffee, tea, water, snacks)
- Free parking and Wifi
- Promotion of your company/positions prior to the event
How to Register
Registration closed on February 27th. Thank you for your interest and we hope to see you at future Off Campus Living events.
Please note: Due to potentially limited space, Off Campus Living may need to be selective when determining which vendors are to be represented at the housing fair. Decisions will be made in a fair and equitable manner after considering factors such as space availability, student interest in vendor’s industry and industry balance.
Payments/Refunds
Please contact the Office of Off Campus Living for more information at (360) 650-6863.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or for cancellations within one week of the event. Unpaid registrations cancelled within one week or that no-show will still be required to remit payment.
Event Confirmation
An auto-generated registration confirmation email from eMarket@cashnet.vendor.wwu.edu should arrive within two days of your completed registration (NOTE: this is also a confirmation of your registration fee payment). If you do not receive this email confirmation, you may not be registered for the housing fair. Please contact our office at 360.650.6863. The contact person who registers online for the housing fair will receive additional information from Off Campus Living regarding event details and logistics and will be responsible for passing it on to all attendees. For your convenience, this information can also be found below.
Event Promotion
Your organization will be included in our pre-event publicity, including an online list of participating vendors with website links. We will also provide a full directory of vendors to students attending the fair. Off Campus Living will conduct outreach to students, staff and faculty prior to the event to let them know you are participating. To further promote your company to students, you may also donate one or more items for a door prize. It’s a known fact that students love free stuff!

Viking Union Multipurpose Room, Western Washington University Bellingham, WA
Loading and Unloading
The most convenient parking for this event is located in parking lot 6V next to the Outdoor Center off of Garden Street. We will be reserving parking spaces in this lot so please make sure to request a parking spot when you register. There are also two 20-minute loading zones in this parking lot that may be available to use. There is an elevator located just inside the Viking Union though the double doors, which will take you to the 6th floor where the event is located. Signs will be posted in the elevator to guide you.
Set Up
The multipurpose room will be available for set up beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
Hospitality
Coffee, tea, water and light refreshment service awaits you! Box Lunch will be available upon request.
Garbage/Recycling
You may notice that we are working on generating as little waste as possible at our events. Please keep your eyes peeled for one of our handy Recycling and compost stations and sort your paper, glass, compostables and plastic. Western (and Mother Nature!) will appreciate your efforts. Also, consider waste reduction when choosing giveaway items or swag.
Take Down
Because the fair ends at 2:00, we ask that you do not pack up your table prior to that time.
